Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will visit Ayodhya on Thursday to review the preparations for the upcoming Nav Samvatsar (Hindu New Year) celebrations at the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple Complex.

During his visit, the Chief Minister will hold a meeting with senior officials and representatives of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust within the temple complex. The meeting will focus on reviewing the arrangements made so far for the visit of Droupadi Murmu, who will attend the event as the chief guest.

The Nav Samvatsar ceremony, scheduled to be held on Varsh Pratipada, is expected to see the participation of several distinguished guests. Apart from the President, nearly 5,000 invitees, including prominent dignitaries, have been invited by the temple trust.

During the review meeting, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will discuss the event schedule, security arrangements, and facilities for devotees with officials and organizers.

Several prominent personalities are expected to attend the celebration along with President Murmu, including Anandiben Patel, the Governor of Uttar Pradesh; Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath; Dattatreya Hosabale, the Sarkaryavah of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh; spiritual leader Mata Amritanandamayi; and South Indian religious leader Dr. Veerendra Heggade. With limited time left for the event, the trust has intensified preparations for the ceremony.

President Droupadi Murmu is scheduled to visit Ayodhya on March 19. After offering prayers and performing rituals at the Ram Mandir Ayodhya and paying obeisance to Ram Lalla, she will inaugurate the Shri Ram Yantra and the Ram Naam Temple on the second floor of the Ram Temple. She will also attend the ceremony organized within the temple complex and honor the ‘Karmayogis’ who contributed to the construction of the Ram Temple.
