Amitabh Bachchan Registers 2.67 Acres of Land

The veteran actor recently registered 2.67 acres of land in Ayodhya, marking his fourth major property investment in the city.

The deal was completed through Rajesh Hrishikesh Yadav, Managing Director of AB Corp Limited, via power of attorney.

This newly purchased land is located near The House of Abhinandan Lodha’s 75-acre land project called “The Sarayu,” which is situated along the banks of the Sarayu River in Ayodhya.

Earlier Investment in “The Sarayu” Project

Earlier in January 2024, Amitabh Bachchan had purchased around 10,000 square feet of land worth approximately ₹14 crore in the same project, The Sarayu.

The purchase took place just before the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of the Ram Lalla idol at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.

“The Sarayu” is a seven-star mixed-use enclave located on the banks of the Sarayu River, designed as a luxury spiritual and residential development.

Growing Confidence in Ayodhya as an Investment Destination

Bachchan’s latest land deal reflects growing confidence in Ayodhya as a high-potential investment destination.

Due to rapid infrastructure development, improved connectivity, and large-scale government projects, Ayodhya is emerging as one of India’s most important spiritual, cultural, and real estate hubs.

The continuous rise in tourism and the development of high-end civic amenities are making the city highly attractive for long-term land investments.

What The House of Abhinandan Lodha Said

Abhinandan Lodha, Chairman of The House of Abhinandan Lodha, stated that Amitabh Bachchan’s investment reflects a shared belief in viewing land as a generational asset that preserves value over the long term.

How Many Plots Has Amitabh Bachchan Bought in Ayodhya?
