Amitabh Bachchan Land in Ayodhya: Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan continues to expand his real estate investments in Ayodhya. The megastar has purchased his fourth piece of land in the holy city within two years.
According to reports, Bachchan bought 10,617 square meters of land for ₹25.20 crore from The House of Abhinandan Lodha, further strengthening his association with the rapidly developing spiritual city.
Amitabh Bachchan Registers 2.67 Acres of Land
The veteran actor recently registered 2.67 acres of land in Ayodhya, marking his fourth major property investment in the city.
The deal was completed through Rajesh Hrishikesh Yadav, Managing Director of AB Corp Limited, via power of attorney.
This newly purchased land is located near The House of Abhinandan Lodha’s 75-acre land project called “The Sarayu,” which is situated along the banks of the Sarayu River in Ayodhya.
Earlier Investment in “The Sarayu” Project
Earlier in January 2024, Amitabh Bachchan had purchased around 10,000 square feet of land worth approximately ₹14 crore in the same project, The Sarayu.
The purchase took place just before the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of the Ram Lalla idol at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
“The Sarayu” is a seven-star mixed-use enclave located on the banks of the Sarayu River, designed as a luxury spiritual and residential development.

- 2024: Around 10,000 sq ft plot in The Sarayu project for about ₹14.5 crore
- 2025: Around 25,000 sq ft land near Sarayu for approximately ₹40 crore
- 2026: Newly purchased 10,617 sq meters land worth ₹25.20 crore
With the latest deal, the megastar now owns four major land parcels in Ayodhya.
