Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has taken responsibility for the medical treatment of an auto-rickshaw driver who was injured in a road accident involving his security convoy in Mumbai. The incident occurred on the night of January 19 in the Juhu area, while the actor was returning home from the airport.

According to reports, a Mercedes car being driven at high speed rammed into an auto-rickshaw from behind. The impact caused the driver to lose control of his vehicle, which then collided with one of Akshay Kumar’s security cars. The auto driver sustained serious injuries and was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Eyewitnesses said that Akshay Kumar personally stepped out of his vehicle and helped ensure that the injured driver was taken to the hospital without delay. Beyond this immediate assistance, the actor’s team has remained in continuous contact with the driver’s family and is fully bearing the cost of his medical treatment.

Injured Driver Undergoing Surgery

The injured auto-rickshaw driver has been identified as 22-year-old Washid Khan. Speaking to the media, his brother revealed that Washid suffered a fractured jaw in the accident and is currently undergoing surgery.

“He had gone to Juhu to drop off a passenger when a speeding luxury car hit his auto from behind, completely damaging the vehicle,” his brother said. He added that local residents initially helped shift Washid to the hospital and doctors later confirmed that surgery was necessary.

The family also confirmed that Akshay Kumar’s team is regularly checking on the driver’s health and providing all necessary medical support.

Mercedes Driver Arrested by Mumbai Police

According to ANI reports, Mumbai Police have arrested the Mercedes car driver involved in the accident. The accused has been identified as Radheshyam Rai and has been booked for rash and negligent driving. Authorities stated that further investigation into the incident is ongoing.

Akshay Kumar’s prompt response and humanitarian gesture have been widely appreciated, with many praising the actor for standing by the injured man and his family during a difficult time.

  4. The most popular online pokies in Australia continue to be
driven by high volatility, Hold and Win features, and Megaways mechanics.

Not all sites with real online pokies in Australia provide the same level of trust and fairness as the ones
we recommend on this page. Free pokies in Australia let you spin popular titles in demo mode using virtual
credits, with no registration or real money required. There’s no gameplay obligation to
unlock it, and it functions as a genuine safety net during losing
runs. Always check the wagering terms, since a bigger headline figure isn’t
necessarily better if the conditions are harder
    to clear.
Sure, sports betting is thin here, but that’s not why you’d come to Jet4Bet.
It’s a prime pick if you want fast crypto payments alongside solid Aussie fiat support.

Even so, you’ll find everything you need here as an Aussie casino fan, beyond just online pokies.
Coin Volcano sits alongside Wolf Treasure here if you want a second hold-and-win title in the
same session. It’s also one of our top picks for mobile play, with instant crypto payments and local fiat options.

If library size and loyalty rewards matter more to you than instant access to your winnings, Goldex is worth it.

Still, the weekly withdrawal cap is a genuine trade-off worth planning around if you land a big win early.

We also score the overall banking menu, including cards, e-wallets, and any
local options that matter. That means popular providers, a good mix of classics and new releases,
and enough volatility options to suit different budgets.
If withdrawal speed matters more than jackpot variety, that’s worth weighing before you
deposit. The welcome deal goes hard with AU$7,500 + 550 spins across 10
deposits, with extra promos like birthday bonuses to keep things ticking after
signup. You get 3,000+ pokies and table games, with plenty
of fixed and progressive jackpots mixed into the library, plus strong mobile performance for quick
sessions. You get icy Norse scenery, crisp symbols, and that classic Megaways “always moving” feel, with tumbling symbols keeping the run alive when wins
    land.
Visit an online pokies page to explore hundreds of slot
games with Australian themes. A valid license from a reputable regulatory body ensures the casino operates under strict regulations and offers fair games.
Our team of experts evaluates dozens of platforms and follows a detailed process to
ensure only the best brands make the list. Since these casinos
use Inclave’s unique sign-in system, players should expect top-tier security and a seamless user experience.

This means Inclave is ideal for players who want fast withdrawal casinos and
quick access to their winnings without delays. Since your identity is
verified at the Inclave level, many supported casinos don’t require additional KYC checks before processing payouts.
Instead of creating a separate account for each casino, players
can access multiple participating casinos with one Inclave profile.

Playing online pokies for real money has its ups and downs,
but most of them are positive when compared to land-based casinos.

I explain them here so you don’t have to do separate searches.
Jackpot Blaze by Pragmatic Play and Wolf Treasure by IGTech
are the most popular types of fixed jackpot pokies in Australia.

Bonus-buy pokies let you skip the grind and buy direct access to the bonus
    features.
The theme and game presentation are among the most polished for Aussie
pokies fans, and PayID keeps the money moving instantly. Wild Tokyo is the
free-spins specialist of the PayID lineup, pairing a match up to A$4,200 with a hefty 500 free spins across the first
three deposits. GoldenCrown is the PayID casino to pick when welcome value is the priority.
It’s the most approachable PayID casino on our list for budget-conscious
punters, and payouts back to PayID are prompt.
If you want to try PayID pokies without committing much, Goldenbet is the pick — a A$10
minimum deposit via PayID gets you real-money play and a generous 300% welcome match.

The fishing theme stays light, and the game runs on a 96.71%
RTP, which puts it in the better-than-average bracket for a mainstream pokie.
Big Bass Bonanza nails the outdoorsy vibes with clean visuals and brilliant design. This guide rounds up the online casinos where PayID
works the way it should. Most PayID withdrawals at Australian online casinos are processed within minutes once the
casino’s internal approval is complete. While PayID is becoming more popular due to its fast,
secure, and convenient transactions, it’s still not
available everywhere. One of the most popular offers is the PayId Pokies Australia No Deposit Bonus, which allows you to try out real money pokies without making an upfront deposit.

The second one will significantly increase your bet, but
guarantees an expanding wild with a minimum multiplier
of 250x. One of the significant upgrades of the
sequel is the 25,000x maximum win multiplier, up from 15,000x in the original.
And if you’re really lucky and land more Collect symbols on the same spin,
all are triggered separately, which keeps the round going and
will certainly boost the payout further. And
when both a Coin and Collect icon land, it triggers the Collect Coins feature.
The maximum wager here goes up to A$25, which isn’t very
high, but should be enough to make for an exciting gameplay.

The curated game selection (600 titles) emphasizes quality over quantity, with every title independently
tested. PayID transfers execute instantly (within 5 minutes).
800+ pokies translate seamlessly across devices, and customer support responds via in-app
    chat within 3–4 minutes.
