Under the good governance framework of Yogi Adityanath, the Ayodhya Range has secured first position in Uttar Pradesh in the latest IGRS (Integrated Grievance Redressal System) monthly rankings. Remarkably, all five districts of the range achieved a perfect 100% score, reflecting efficient grievance resolution, strong law and order, and growing public trust in the police administration.

The impact of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s zero-tolerance policy is now clearly visible at the ground level. Ayodhya Range once again emerged as a top performer in the state by ensuring timely, transparent, and high-quality disposal of public complaints. The achievement highlights the administration’s commitment to citizen-centric governance in the holy city of Ayodhya and surrounding districts.

Outstanding Performance by Ayodhya Range and All Five Districts

Under the able leadership of ADG/IG Ayodhya Praveen Kumar, the IGRS team delivered exceptional results. What makes this achievement even more significant is that all five districts—Ayodhya, Barabanki, Amethi, Ambedkar Nagar, and Sultanpur—secured first rank in their respective categories.

Each district scored full marks across all evaluation parameters, including timeliness, quality of grievance resolution, and minimal pendency. Due to strict monitoring and accountability, the number of default cases remained negligible, leading to this historic success.

Governance Aligned With the Chief Minister’s Vision

In line with the Chief Minister’s priorities, grievance redressal in Ayodhya Range has moved beyond procedural formalities to become a solution-oriented process. Special emphasis was placed on direct feedback from complainants after resolution, ensuring satisfaction and transparency.

Praising the team’s performance, ADG/IG Praveen Kumar stated that public service remains the top priority of the government, and strengthening public confidence in the police force is a continuous goal.

Boost to Police Morale Amid High Workload

Despite a higher volume of complaints due to Ayodhya’s religious significance and growing tourism, the police treated the situation as a challenge and delivered results. Quick follow-ups at police stations and a transparent redressal mechanism significantly boosted the morale of police personnel.

Officials reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining the same standards in the coming months, aiming to establish Ayodhya Range as a model of good governance and responsive policing across Uttar Pradesh.
