Ayodhya MP Awadhesh Prasad Offers Prayers at Ram Mandir with Family
Ayodhya MP Awadhesh Prasad visited the Ram Janmabhoomi complex with his family to offer prayers before Lord Ram. Despite previously stating publicly that he had not received an invitation from the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust for the historic flag-hoisting ceremony by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 25, he mentioned that he would attend if invited.
During his visit, the MP performed puja before the idol of Lord Ram. His son Amit Prasad and OSD Shashank Shukla were also present and participated in the rituals.
Awadhesh Prasad had earlier told the media that he had not been invited to the November 25 flag-hoisting event. However, he added that if the Trust extends an invitation, he would gladly be part of the ceremony.
